i really love this image. i like the moodiness of it and i think that putting the image in black and white was the right decision. david's body language is so thought-provoking and seems related to what he's looking at on his phone. i like that the viewer is allowed to create his own story or interpretation of the image- it allows the photograph to be more of a personal experience for the viewer, which is a wonderful thing. the setting is perfect for the subject and the idea of looking through the glass or window is also intriguing because it makes you feel like you are on the outside staring in rather than just looking at a photo. very nice mr. lee. you've impressed me again.
